DPR6: Talking Truth to Power

    The DPR conference encourages a range of presentations: papers, posters, symposia and workshops, together with work for exhibition and presentations in the visual and performing arts. Exhibitors will be encouraged to lead discussion of their work. Proposals should be in the form of abstracts of between 150 ­ 250 words, making clear the intended format of the presentation. The closing date for the first call for papers is Friday 12 January 2007. Abstracts should be submitted in Word format via disc or email, to dpr@mmu.ac.uk

    IAQI has a reciprocal relationship with the DPR group. They will have several high profile sessions on the themes of the Congress. In turn, IAQI will have a publicity stand and a video-conference presence at the March 25-27, 2007 DPR Conference at Manchester Metropolitan University. Professor Norman Denzin will participate via video-conference. The DPR group will continue their discussions at the 3rd International Congress of Qualitative Inquiry (www.qi2007.org)in May 2007.
